This is an absolutely amazing sketchbook. I will never use any other kind again now that I have found this one. One of the reviews here mentions that the book "falls apart" and what it describes is what happens when you separate the first two pages. I mean the inner flyleaf and the first watercolor page. Don't make the mistake of assuming the glue accidentally got in there and needs to be taken apart. Because of this, the book falls apart. It is necessary to leave everything as it is and not tear it apart. The same can be seen at the end of the book, but DO NOT BREAK it apart. It's part of the bonding process, and there's a reason for it. But back to the sketchbook - the quality of the paper is wonderful, it doesn't bleed or warp the paper at all no matter how much water you use. In my work I use watercolor paints. If you're looking for a really great sketchbook, this is it. Look no further.
