Review on STAR BRITE Ultimate Xtreme Clean by Alexandra Baker

Works fairly well as a cleaner. I tested it on three dirty spots in the bathroom. (see photos) * The sink was heavily stained with a rust-like substance, although it is NOT rust. Looks like rust, but what is it? This stain is a residue from a sewer cleaner, specifically Drano. Apparently, Drano responded with something. Xtreme Clean did not solve this problem.* The tub was heavily soiled with old soap and shampoo residue. Xtreme Clean effectively cleaned the bathtub*. There were also traces of soap and shampoo on the wall tiles. Again. Extreme Clean effectively cleaned the tiles. Xtreme Clean claims that "special chelating agents break the bonds that hold dirt or stains on surfaces without vigorous rubbing." I have found that this is NOT the case. I had to use a strong brush to clean the tub and wall tiles. I live in the Los Angeles area where I've heard the water quality isn't the best. The pipes in this building rust faster than I think. So Los Angeles' water quality (or lack thereof) may have contributed to these stubborn stains.
