Review on Sealed Factory Original SVHS/VHS-C Cassette Adaptor Camcorders to VHS by Timothy Louis

I bought this adapter because I lost another adapter that I used for my VHS tapes when I moved to a new apartment. This one arrived quickly, in good condition, not damaged or anything like that. Works perfectly. Have used it on many VHS tapes since receiving it. Requires one AA battery (not included). When using these adapters, be aware that the adapter may work or sound slow if the AA battery installed is not new. This depends on how good the battery is. So if you find that this is how it works, it is most likely a malfunction. the battery discharges. I put an old AA battery in it, that I had laying around and it's a bit slow, so I have to buy a new pack of AA batteries, which is common with ALL VHS adapters. Also, it was a bit overpriced but I really needed it as I was converting all my videotapes to digital. When I first bought my little JVC camera in the late 80's it came with one of these adapters, they can last a very long time if cared for properly. The hinge door is fragile, but a year ago I could still use it even if the small door was broken. So far happy with this purchase. They can last a very long time if properly cared for.
