Review on Dorman 600-405 Locking Hub Actuator Delete Kit: OE FIX for Ford/Lincoln 4WD Models by Instructor Niederhaus

This fixed my 2004 F150 intermittent grinding coming from the hub. After replacing the vacuum lines and controls, nothing solved my problem. Until I came across it! If you're a bit mechanically inclined, each side takes 45 minutes to an hour. WD-40 EVERYTHING! After installation, I bled about 10 pumps of grease per side. Instantly eliminates vibration and noise. The mileage has not decreased. And no, 4x4 doesn't always turn on! (Hubs only like many other cars) I've never been happier with a purchase.
