We bought these shorts because we were struggling to find shorts with a zip and a pocket big enough for a phone in a pocket . When my son first wore shorts the seam in the pocket unraveled/ripped and he lost his credit card in his pocket but luckily kept his phone in his hand. Now he's wearing this second pair and the bags are holding up. The shorts are very casual, they look like the top of the sweatpants you wear at home. As such they are very comfortable, but much more casual than they appear in the photos.
