This is exactly what I needed for my 1980 Toyota 20R Pickup. Both adapters are screwed directly onto the old R12 connector without any problems. I was able to upgrade the old system and fill it with refrigerant R134a. Now there is a cold air conditioner stuck in the old rusty bucket!
