I wish I had had them sooner. I got my first set when they were on sale at the department store. I'm a vegetarian so I still eat a lot and lately my husband has been eating healthier too so we're eating more. I bought strawberries for my kids and then forgot them. I found them in the back of the fridge almost TWO WEEKS later and they were still good. Blackberries have a very long shelf life. Lettuce (washed and even chopped) lay for almost three weeks. The real miracle is how long the zucchini lasts. After a few days, the zucchini in the fruit drawer will begin to soften. Again, these miracle containers will keep it fresh for nearly two weeks. I've stored chopped lettuce, chopped cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, cucumber, zucchini, chopped peppers, strawberries, blackberries, chopped jicama, and carrots in these containers. . I've had fantastic results with all of them. I liked them so much that I ordered this second set from Revain. If I had more space in the fridge, I would use more!
