Works well for small women!
I’m a women’s XS and I bought the 14-16 size. I was worried that the one size women’s hoop skirts would be too big on me. The length from waist to hem is 36” and the diameter of the bottom hoop is 36” as well. The length is appropriate for me at 5’5. I appreciate that it’s 100% cotton. The hoops are light and flexible and the waist has a drawstring as well as the elastic so it stays snug.
