I’m a women’s XS and I bought the 14-16 size. I was worried that the one size women’s hoop skirts would be too big on me. The length from waist to hem is 36” and the diameter of the bottom hoop is 36” as well. The length is appropriate for me at 5’5. I appreciate that it’s 100% cotton. The hoops are light and flexible and the waist has a drawstring as well as the elastic so it stays snug.

This was a nice hoop but I returned this because the shirt was too large. It made the dress balloon out too much and looked more like a 1800's southern belle then a pageant dress. However, it fit great in the waist. It didn'r tie like normal hoop but had Velcro closure which was nice and made it more secured and it came with its own bag to store it in. I wish the hoop had not been so big that we could have used it.

I received the product with a week of ordering it. It does exactly what it suppose to do. I wish the petticoat was longer to the ground but it looks great under my daughter dress for mu upcoming wedding.

I purchased this for my granddaughter for Christmas to wear under a princess type dress. It fit perfectly and she was thrilled with it. It was hard to get her to take it off on Christmas Day!

It's just beautiful! I'm kinda sad that it will be under a dress it's so pretty. I mean look at the pretty little lace at the bottom of the skirt(see Pic) Holy cow, For the money I spent on this, I am just blown away. The seller's personal service was above and beyond. I haven’t checked to see if the measurements were accurate but the size was 4-6yrs and it was VERY short on my average height 5 year old. It still worked for what we needed it for but wished it would have been longer
