Too large of a hoop
This was a nice hoop but I returned this because the shirt was too large. It made the dress balloon out too much and looked more like a 1800's southern belle then a pageant dress. However, it fit great in the waist. It didn'r tie like normal hoop but had Velcro closure which was nice and made it more secured and it came with its own bag to store it in. I wish the hoop had not been so big that we could have used it.
