Review on Anolon Stainless Steel 13 25 Inch Gadgets by Keith Maynard

This fork is heavy and can easily lift a whole turkey, pork shoulder and the like. The forks are wider than I expected, which turned out to be an advantage when trying to pick up whole cuts of meat, chicken and turkey with just one fork and other kitchen utensils (like a spoon) to hold the other side. I want to buy two of these. It's not the expensive carving knife you see on the sideboards in 5-star restaurants, but it's functional and priced right for everyday use in my kitchen. It's made from quality material, is a good length, and seems to be one of those forks that lasts forever. I hope my kids will enjoy it as it will most likely last 20 or 30 years.
