Ruined my Seagate hard drive

I was happy with the easy install but it doesn't matter as this case has stopped working - it actually ruined my drive. This Seagate hard drive was in perfect condition before installation. After that, all I got was a perfect click of death. As far as I can tell, the drive is now completely non-functional. I'm assuming based on other reviews that I received a faulty case block and that's what caused it to happen. But still: Thank you Tccmebius for toasting my journey.

Pros

Easy Installation: Plug and play without tools, no driver installation. The easy-to-open top case is designed for better cooling under heavy loads. Using step: Press the sliding back cover of this hard drive enclosure, insert the hard drive and close the back cover, then connect the USB 3.0 male to the computer.
