I was looking for a secure baby towel holder that would attach to a glass shower stall. It seemed like the best option to us and first impressions are that it's solid, looks good and is exactly what we wanted. However, the hook was slightly warped on the left side, including the bottom bar it attaches to. It doesn't appear to be an impact flex but more of a manufacturing issue that somehow got through before shipping. This is hardly noticeable visually, but due to such a twisting of the metal, the lower bar does not stick as it should. I can try to get it back into shape, but I'm concerned that it might break or have imperfections if it's forced back into position. As others have suggested, it needs some sort of rubber or plastic bumper between the metal and the surface (glass in my case) it's sitting on. I'll make the necessary changes myself, but I really don't have to. As I said, it works fine. I can also pick up the towel without any remodeling without much movement and that solves the problem of not having a towel rail close enough to the shower door. I would recommend it but had to deduct a few stars. Correct the manufacturer's quality control and add a few buffers and it becomes a 5 star product.
