The best part of this software it's that you can do everything with one application which makes your life much easier than having to use several softwares for different things! I dislike how some features are not as easy or intuitive but we're working together closely so they should be fixed soon enough (or maybe there will come new updates).

This product has helped us improve our customer service even more by getting feedback from customers in real time through emails/tickets directly into their accounts without them needing any middlemen such as an agent at store level.
