My coffee maker has reached its final destination reached so I bought it mainly because I liked that it works with Alexa. I'm the only coffee drinker in my house, so I don't usually brew a full cup. But the only single serve coffee makers are either Trash or Kcup style, which I don't like. So I spent my extra coin on this one. I'm sorry for that. This is a great coffee maker, especially when making a full cup of coffee or for the office. But it doesn't work with Alexa. I synced it, I see it as a device, but Alexa keeps asking me to download another app. Okay, after 37 easy steps, I'm ready to never press a button again! But it still doesn't work with voice commands, only with the app. I would return it if I hadn't already used it. I'll keep it and I'm sure it will last a long time, but if the Alexa feature is your advantage, wait until they improve the technology because it's not there yet.
