I do not write reviews unless I am very happy or very satisfied with a product. I LOVE this product! I don't have a drop of German blood in me, but I love the spaetzle! I've tried many methods and devices over the years, but the results were either too much effort, or the spaetzle were too small, or both. Worst of all was a trash can that could be moved back and forth; very unforgiving - if the dough is too thin it will go through the holes prematurely (tiny spaetzle) - if it is too thick the shuttle will get stuck and/or the dough will not go through the holes - and difficult to clean The device makes it very easy. .. and FAST... and it takes about 2 seconds to clean! As a result, I get plump spaetzle, just the way I like it. And the device, due to its simplicity, is very economical in terms of dough toughness. I am very satisfied and can only recommend this product!
