I have already written a review because I was initially satisfied with the crockery. It turned out to be of good quality and a very nice color. However, the lid won't hold because the gasket is the wrong size or too stiff. I just hand washed it with warm water and mild soap and let it air dry. When I wrote to Dowan, the manufacturer, to let them know of the problem and see if they had a quick fix, they replied with an explanation. that it was sold by Revain and therefore I had to contact Revain to resolve the issue. Hmm hello, the defect is in the production, not the sale! I will never buy anything from this company again. And I strongly recommend you to use another oiler.
