Thing works great

We were looking for a cheap alternative to the visitor system for our office, which cost between $1,200 and $7,000 with a hefty monthly fee. This thing works great and comes with a full version of ID scanning (which I highly recommend). Once you have the software installed and connected, all you have to do is set it up (if an alignment card is included). And it's ready to be scanned. Just open the software and insert the ID into the scanner, it will be automatically drawn in and you will be prompted to flip it. It automatically imports all ID information into database fields and automatically copies both sides of the ID to the database! Great for money.

Pros

Direct scanning to PDF, JPEG and TIF. Fully TWAIN Compliant - Works with many banking, healthcare, medical and other imaging applications.
