The user interface for this software has been completely revamped in 2017, making it one more easy way that our organization can manage all aspects related with patient cases (appointments/calls). It's still not perfect though because sometimes you have trouble finding what information should be available or how different screens are connected together which makes managing appointments at times difficult but overall I would say its good so far! We're solving some problems we had before like having access from anywhere as well allowing multiple staff members within an office working simultaneously while also being able create your own reports specific needs etc.. The ease of use, as well as the ability to customize the application to fit our specific needs. The user interface could be better. We have been able to meet all of our needs in regards to the program. I cannot think of anything that we don't like about the program. It has allowed us to streamline our workflow to make it more efficient for our employees.
