The user interface for this software has been completely revamped in 2017, making it one more easy way that our organization can manage all aspects related with patient cases (appointments/calls). Halo is very user friendly, I never felt like it was too difficult to navigate. It's also very flexible, we have been able to use it to create multiple types of cases and different forms that can be used by our service providers as well as our clients. The Halo app for Android makes it easy to stay organized with all your notes, files and calendar items in one place. It's also easy to access from virtually anywhere. There are some features that were not intuitive at first, but I was able to figure out how to get them to work if I took time. My biggest issue is the amount of storage space required by the Halo solution. We have 15 staff members with access to our shared data, so this isn't an option. The ease of use, the ability to access information from anywhere, the ability to track clients from anywhere, the ability to access information on an unlimited amount of clients. There are other case management systems out there that have similar features and are not as expensive. There is not a lot that I dislike about Halo. I would say that the customer service could be improved. I have never had to speak with a customer service rep. I would recommend Halo to anyone looking for a case…
