
Halo is very user friendly, I never felt like it was too difficult to navigate. It's also very flexible, we have been able to use it to create multiple types of cases and different forms that can be used by our service providers as well as our clients. The only thing I dislike about Halo is that sometimes it does take some time to load and there are times when you're trying to go back and forth between pages that it takes you longer than expected to get where you want to be. If you do decide to use Halo, make sure to look at the different options available and if they don't fit your needs then just know that it's totally okay. We've been able to maintain case records, provide easy access to our information for our staff in order to help them with their work and make sure that we stay organized. This has helped us have better communication with all of our clients since everything is accessible from anywhere I like that it has so many features, however, it can be very overwhelming at first glance. It's easy to use once you figure out how to navigate through all the options. If you want an intuitive solution for your organization, this is definitely worth looking into! The software helps us organize our team and clients in a way that makes sense for them. We also have a lot more visibility into what our clients are doing so we know where they need help.
