The Halo app for Android makes it easy to stay organized with all your notes, files and calendar items in one place. It's also easy to access from virtually anywhere. There are some features that were not intuitive at first, but I was able to figure out how to get them to work if I took time. My biggest issue is the amount of storage space required by the Halo solution. We have 15 staff members with access to our shared data, so this isn't an option. However, we have about 6 GB worth of data on each user's phone. If you use a lot of folders or files, then it will quickly fill up. Keep that in mind when choosing which cloud storage service to opt for. Make sure you know how much space you need. This system has been a lifesaver since we had so many clients we could keep track of easily.
