The ease of use, the ability to access information from anywhere, the ability to track clients from anywhere, the ability to access information on an unlimited amount of clients. There are other case management systems out there that have similar features and are not as expensive. There is not a lot that I dislike about Halo. I would say that the customer service could be improved. I have never had to speak with a customer service rep. I would recommend Halo to anyone looking for a case management system. We are using Halo to track our clients, it is great for client management. It is very easy to use and easy to access information from anywhere.
