Need speed. in small appliances

The food slicer works to a limited extent. cuts like. The blade rotates so slowly that you end up pressing the meat against the blade, which inevitably shreds the meat instead of slicing it cleanly. I believe that higher knife rotation speed will greatly improve this device.
