Making coffee with this machine is incredibly easy. Unfortunately this manufacturer died on day 29, we were lucky to still be within Revain's return window. I emailed the company the same day she died, never got a reply, also Revain support called her phone number multiple times with no reply. The Revain question and answer incorrectly states that this manufacturer is made in Italy. , we had written "Made in China" on the package ****NEW INFO*** Replacement died with the same problem, no water flow. These machines seem to last about 28 days. Chinese standard junk.
