Everyone Don't be fooled by Chinese goods

DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY ＢＵＹ A broken coffee maker will not be repaired by the manufacturer. Manufacturer will not return email or honor warranty. Just like the photos you see. The coffee maker is expensive, a machine that celebrates the taste of life, but a terrible and amazing product. Buy today my god! It's been less than three months. The flaws of the product are fully revealed. Folks, don't rely on this machine. I have to tape them off to make coffee.

So much hope but ultimately disappointment

Making coffee with this machine is incredibly easy. Unfortunately this manufacturer died on day 29, we were lucky to still be within Revain's return window. I emailed the company the same day she died, never got a reply, also Revain support called her phone number multiple times with no reply. The Revain question and answer incorrectly states that this manufacturer is made in Italy. , we had written "Made in China" on the package ****NEW INFO*** Replacement died with the same problem, no water…

Updated review: We decided to keep the coffee maker. never mind The bean hopper is small and the grinder is very noisy, but that's to be expected. Adding water to the tank is a bit of a hassle as mentioned in other reviews. The price made it attractive compared to other machines available. The coffee is brewed slowly with all settings. Strong, good coffee, coffee maker and coffee grinder

Replacement for the previous brand model. The latter just worked on the second day after unplugging and plugging it back in, about 1.2 years later. Get the 3 or 4 year insurance offered with purchase. They refunded my entire purchase so I could purchase this device. We use a Starbucks strong blend for 3 cups of American coffee (6 cups of water) and 4 cups of ground coffee beans. I removed the strainer and used 4" coffee filters. Easier cleanup. Good coffee, awkward to add water -- UPDATE

After 4 months this product sadly let me down. The beans get stuck and I have to tap the top while grinding. Also, the filter bowl opened twice, requiring me to depress it while sanding. Then I have to reheat the coffee in the microwave for more heat. Back to espresso. The coffee maker is not as noisy as my previous brand which had a completely worn out grinder. Great coffee machine so far

I have been using a coffee grinder for grinding and brewing for many years and so far it is much better than the last one I used. There are a couple of big pluses for this machine: 1) It's a burr grinder which produces a much more even grind than a blade grinder. 2) The chopper is right above the filter so there are no side chutes for cleaning like on my previous machine. 3) It uses #4 cone filters, which I've always found produce stronger, more flavorful coffee than large round, flat-bottomed…
