Good coffee, awkward to add water -- UPDATE

After 4 months this product sadly let me down. The beans get stuck and I have to tap the top while grinding. Also, the filter bowl opened twice, requiring me to depress it while sanding. Then I have to reheat the coffee in the microwave for more heat. Back to espresso. The coffee maker is not as noisy as my previous brand which had a completely worn out grinder. The good news is that I'm enjoying my freshly ground coffee in the morning again. The not so good news is the awkwardly placed water tank on the back of the machine behind the coffee bean holder and the water gauge on the side wall. Neither one nor the other is visible from the front. My first attempt at adding water resulted in water everywhere. I solved my problem by buying a 12" Lazy Suzan and now I can just rotate the coffee maker, insert the funnel into a narrow slot, fill to the right amount and turn to the desired level. face forward. I would like the watch to stay lit when not in use, but I don't think it's possible to have everything. Figure 1 shows how to look ahead; Figure 2 shows rotated; and Fig. 3 shows a hopper.
