Does not exactly match the pictures. The tip is blunt/slightly rounded rather than slightly pointed, making it less likely to go into belt loops if that's important to you. I had ammo on my previous belt. I think that's why they tend to stretch out a bit, nor are they powered by leather on either side where they meet the buckle. Probably more than enough, even if you're somehow hanging from a harness at a great height it just doesn't feel premium. It has a simple latch to replace the buckle as per the description (and contrary to one of the answers in the questions section). So it should be easy enough to fix if I still find it bothers me after wearing it for a while and the leather is really good quality. I'm 2 inches off my waist size, seems right.
