This is a Dead Center MT2, basically a solid piece of metal. It's simple, cheap and works. Luckily I know what it is and how it works. There wasn't a single word in English on the packaging, except SAN YOU, I think that's the manufacturer or translated as --- YOU? This is not a surgical instrument like you will find in the HF shop. Use it and throw it away if it's not happy.
