Very helpful when trying out new markets

This tool has helped us to connect with partners, customers and prospects from around the world in real time. It is very flexible and easy to use for our sales team. The chat feature allows us to have quick conversations about products or even just small talk. I am not sure if there are any downsides but we haven't found anything that could be improved yet either.

We've used it mainly for managing B2B relationships within our organization by connecting people who know each other already so they can easily start having discussions without being blocked by an email chain.

Pros

What's best? That you don’t need internet connection (even when using) this way your colleagues work anywhere at all times! And also because one doesn´ t think how something works as long its done automatically :)
