I have purchased this brand in the past and the size seems large. I usually wear clothes that are 9 to 9 1/2 wide. Last time I bought them the size 9 was very long, it fit like a 10-10 1/2! I ordered a size 8 this time and it fits me a little but will stretch over time if worn in an aquagym pool. I go to the pool three times a week for 90 minutes so wearing water shoes is a must. Without them, the soles of my feet dry out. The last pair held up pretty well but when the bottom started to wear out I decided it was time for a new pair. I received this item and wore it for the first time today. Within 30 minutes of my workout I noticed that the insole in one shoe was already loose and after an hour of training I had to pull out the insole as it was completely loose and starting to gather under my foot. I won't be returning them, I'll probably use ShoeGoo and glue the insole back in place, but it's frustrating to have to do this with a brand new item.
