You can make fun of it all you want, but the fun can be on your bill. It works out. I enjoyed reading the reviews and laughed at some of them too because yes it's like a big ol' spatula they put in the sheets so you don't have to live on a heavy mattress. I'm not laughing now. because I use it every time I make my bed and I wish I had thought of this simple and effective tool. Now don't go crazy and try to use it to raise your bed. lots of weight and pressure as reported by some others. simply fold in the sheets quickly and from all sides, done. I get this as a stocking filler for everyone on my list. a decent bed, well, it might make a good paddle.
