Review on Visitor Queue by Mark Adlesh

The best part about this tool was its integration with Google Analytics which helped us understand our visitor behavior better! We used their help desk support service for almost 90days but didn't get any response back even when I requested them multiple times via email!! This needs serious improvement as there should be more customer care representatives than just one person!! Also would suggest not using 3rd party plugins like MailChimp or anything else because then all those fields will stop working at some point leading me down another rabbit hole where no matter how hard i try nothing works again! So far so good though still waiting around since last year end date has now passed. If anyone wants real-time analytics please donot use these third parties tools otherwise u might find yourself lost once things go haywire after 2 years if someone comes along offering something completely different while providing less features compared say.
