I like that you can use this product to connect with other SaaS applications or databases without having them all installed locally (only needed once).

It's also easy enough set up so anyone who knows how could easily do their own integration workflows if they want too! If there was more documentation available online we would have been able solve some problems faster but overall its simple tool which does exactly what i need it to be used at my workplace right now - connecting our BI software directly into Salesforce via API calls etc..
