Most of the time I would say a kitchen timer is a kitchen timer and I would get on with my life. But this one species changed my mind. First of all it looks well made, this is my second device. I have one that is over a year old and still works great. I picked up a second one to use in my shop. First of all, having two timers at the same time is great. I start with one, set the time before I work on the other, start the second timer when I need to, set different times, it's awesome for that. But it has one more feature that made me think this is really a 5 star room. When the timer is triggered, it not only stops and flashes, but counts down. I shrugged at first, but now that I've had it for a while I've been in a few situations where it's nice to know how long I've missed the timer. so i love it It has a magnetic back, my fridge and hood are stainless steel so the magnets don't stick to it, I use duct tape to attach this. You can't blame the timer for that. If someone asked me about kitchen timers, I would recommend this device. Therefore, in my opinion, a recommendable product.
