I bought this in February and put it away. Today I wanted to use it and found that the item is not new, it has been opened (the seal is broken), the flower trays look like they have been replaced with other color trays. Did the mirror fall out too? No applicators. I will throw this away - mark this as a learning experience and yes I will order the product again because I love the Loreal eyeshadow and I will be more careful when I receive the items to check for broken fills. UPDATE: I ordered and received a new eyeshadow palette and it was identical to this one. It seems that L'Oreal have changed some colors since my last purchase, so I can't complain that the shells have been changed. I still think the product wasn't new but I still like the product and will continue to buy it. I would change my rating from 2 to 4 stars.
