This yarn is not cotton as the name might suggest, but contains 22% acrylic. I really think that's a misleading title. Otherwise it seems to be a good yarn. he is soft It has a white core with a tint on the outside so the white peeks out from under the pink giving it a nice mélange look. Acrylic stretches the cotton a bit so knitting isn't as painful. It's about the weight of DC. Works well on 3mm needles. I haven't encountered any knots or growls so far. The yarn had no unpleasant smell.
