Review on Inserts Repairing Accessory Assortment Helicoil by Nathan Byard

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It's stronger than I expected.

I replaced the rear shock absorber on my Mini Cooper Countryman R60 while removing the rear shock absorber bolt on the lower control arm. The bolt was broken in half so I had to drill it out with a stripped thread and I need to fix it after reading lots of discussions and watching youtube. I found the coils cheap and strong so I bought this set (M14x1.5 2D) Ravene. It works perfectly, holds the screw tight like the original thread. I can tighten to the original spec of 121 ftlb. Wow, that's stronger than I expected. highlighted.
