I used sound commerce for about 2 years in my previous job as an account manager at one of their larger clients (I'm no longer with them). It was great because it allowed me to manage all aspects of our e-commerce store's sales pipeline through several different platforms including Marketo, HubSpot & Salesforce. The platform is simple yet powerful which makes onboarding new employees easy. There were times when we had problems integrating into other applications like Marketo or Salesforce that made managing multiple accounts difficult/time consuming. We also didn't have any reporting features so tracking performance could be very labor intensive if you wanted detailed reports. Overall though this product has been extremely helpful over time and continues to grow every year! Managing complex sales pipelines and creating accurate forecasts are two things they help us do well here.
