Great Platform For Complex Pipelines

I used sound commerce for about 2 years in my previous job as an account manager at one of their larger clients (I'm no longer with them). It was great because it allowed me to manage all aspects of our e-commerce store's sales pipeline through several different platforms including Marketo, HubSpot & Salesforce. Easy to use and cost effective for our business

The ability to create custom fields for each product in one place.It's easy to use and has many features that make it very user friendly.The reporting system is not as robust as other platforms we've used. We have been able to track our customers' purchase history and sales data. It has also allowed us to keep better records of inventory. I don't like how you can't set up multiple price points for different products. If you are looking for something simple and easy to use, this is a good…
