After lip scrub with a scrub or just a washcloth I apply a small dab to the lips and it seals in the softness! It's expensive but worth it. It doesn't work well on chapped lips, it's best if you don't have hard, dead skin on your lips, and it keeps them smooth much longer than regular lip balms or lip balms. It feels pleasantly refreshing and is thick. It takes a long time! I like to apply it in the morning when I'm going to apply lipstick later in the day when I go out at night, it makes the color nice and smooth even when Kiss Mix isn't reapplied.
