The description says several times that it controls different light sources separately. It is not! It controls light A in position 1 and lights A and B in position 2. I wanted to use a switch to control light A in position 1 and light B in position 2. While the switch is all I need in looks and it matches my existing switches perfectly. , I wanted to control two lights independently. But I was able to modify it this way by severing the connecting rod on the outside with a very small drill bit, a thin hacksaw blade and a knife. See the photo of what I cut out.
