This belt is designed for heavy use and will last a long time. I bought this to use with my son's Boy Scout uniform. The shade of blue fits perfectly! It was very easy to remove the buckle and eyelet and replace them with those on his "official" scout belt. I was also able to trim it to the right length very easily. It was one of the few belts that fit the width of his scout's belt loops. I left the length a little long for him to use for his remaining years of scouting.
