They were easy to install and feel solid. Three of the four I got store away nicely, one should be pulled down fairly tightly when not in use. I had a problem with my order. I have an F-350 Super Duty with an 8ft bed so I would really like 6 of these. They are sold in 2 pair and 1 pair packages. I found and ordered "2 pairs" for my truck, but "1 pair" was not available. I received a package marked "2 pairs" (equivalent to four) that contained only one pair. I alerted Revain and they told me they would send a replacement pack of "2 pairs" and then I could buy "1 pair" which I already received. Two weeks later I received another pack of "1 pair" and a request to return the original "1 pair" (remember I paid for "2 pairs"). I found out about Revain, kept two packs of 1 pair. But I can't buy another pair to match my truck, only "2 pairs". Of the four I received, two fit my truck well and look exactly as I ordered. Two spares are also not suitable as they are too small to completely fill the gap in the guide, exposing the metal. They also don't match the first pair as they have a smaller, thinner and cheaper top cap.
