The most important thing that I love about wrrk is their ability to quickly onboard new agents and train them to be successful in their role. It's easy for me to understand what each agent needs to do every day, and it helps keep me informed of any issues or questions they may have. I also like that wrrk has an excellent support team that can help with anything you need. Their pricing model is a little complicated, so make sure you are comfortable with all the different options before signing up. I am solving the problem of having to hire more people to handle our customer service needs. We have been able to grow our business and get more customers serviced without hiring additional employees.
