I like that you can search by state or agency for your organization's projects as well! Very user friendly software with many different features available within each project category (eResearch Project). Also it links easily into our main ERP-system; so we are not dependent solely of this product anymore which makes us very happy :) There really isn't much about any one feature per se - everything works great together without flaws!! If there was anything at all i did dislike however would be my wish more training opportunities were offered via online tutorials etc., but overall no major problems encountered thus far using only 1 year old version 2 platform. Our goal has been achieved since implementing new systems/methodologies through useageof these tools &; I like that it allows for multiple searches at once. It's easy to create new awards and search for them. The interface isn't very intuitive. If you are familiar with other websites such as Google or Bing, this one can be difficult to navigate. We've been able to use it to find multiple grants to submit to. They have been helpful and responsive when we've had questions.
