Our Syrian chewed a hole in the bottom of this wonderful cage
The bad news first, it's NOT commercial. The plastic base is not as thick and strong as the clear lid and our Syrian hamster chewed on the inner lip where the top of the cage was. . But then she started chewing her way out of the plastic bottom and made a hole big enough to poke her head out before we noticed. Luckily we foiled their escape plans, but that was a very disappointing find considering how cool this cage is otherwise and how much it costs. Buyer warning!
