Great price for a versatile product.

Background and application: I'm an ordinary middle-aged guy, I'm trying to keep in shape. I do strength training at least five days a week; I want a multifunctional exercise machine that doesn't take up much space (I love my toys and eventually they take up all the space in my house). So far I have used these rings for: push-ups, L-shaped seats. (abs), pull-ups, reverse rows, incline swings, one-arm reverse rows, reverse pull-ups, and generally playing like I'm 12 again. PROS: The rings are very (very!) strong with a light texture. Easy to hold but not painful for hands. The straps are made from typical webbing, Cordura, a type of material almost identical to the straps I use on my bikes. And just as strong. I weigh 172 pounds; I can hang from a ring/strap without stressing the material in the slightest. multifunction device. Takes up very little storage space. , I doubt you'll run out of straps. A small strap is sewn onto the straps to wrap around the extra webbing. CONS Pulling the strap through the locks is a pain. No quick release/attachment; If you mount them and leave them on top, it doesn't matter. I put it on and take it off as needed, at least it's not comfortable. I'll be looking for some sort of modified S hook to attach it. If you are using it in a medium sized room (I use it in my basement - 8ft ceilings) there is still enough strap left to wrap around. Haven't played with the rope yet (it hangs to fold), but a quick look reveals that it's built like a typical speed rope - one-piece plastic handles with ball bearings on the "rope" attachment (more like plastic/rubber cord). Point to facilitate rotation. I hope they are adjustable but other than that I'd say a definite bonus. As soon as I get a chance to use the rope a bit I will update this review. In short, I really like these rings. I have no doubt that as I learn more ways to interact with them, they will last a lifetime and find many uses. The fact that this product was so cheap made it a really easy purchase (no regrets).
