I think it has been restored. Not new. Looked new.

I've had the pump about a month now. Since the day I left the store after installing it. He had loud wine. Thought that would go away with time. It's not like this. Went back to my mechanic. He added another liquid to calm him down. Lucas power steering fluid. Still noisy. Not that I can take it out, send it back
