After reading a little more about how to install this shower head, there is a restrictive o-ring (inside the head where it connects to the head arm) before the return that helps this head admit water save up. If you need more pressure, just remove this restrictor ring and the pressure will be strong. If you need help there is a very helpful video on You Tube. 2 minute fix! Original rating. If you are looking for a nice shower head, you will find it here. If you are looking for a very powerful shower head as described, keep looking. We overcame all installation difficulties and found water dripping from this shower head. Very disappointing!
